Des scientifiques chinois ont découvert des virus inédits sur une île tropicale.

Tous les virus ont une « forte probabilité » d’infecter les humains.

L’un appartient à la même famille que le COVID.

Financés par le gouvernement chinois, les scientifiques ont demandé de nouvelles expériences sur les virus afin de déterminer exactement quels pourraient être leurs effets sur les humains.

Les résultats ont été partagés dans la revue Virologica Sinica, la branche éditoriale de la Société chinoise de microbiologie (CSM).

Le CSM est lié à l’Association chinoise des sciences et technologies, affiliée à l’État, qui « accepte la supervision administrative » du « ministère des Affaires civiles » du gouvernement chinois.

Virologica Sinica est également édité par le Dr Shi Zhengli, un scientifique influent décrit comme la « femme chauve-souris » de Chine qui travaille au sein de l’Institut de virologie de Wuhan.

L’Institut de virologie de Wuhan est considéré comme la source probable du Covid.

Le comité de rédaction de la revue comprend également plus d’une douzaine d’autres universitaires liés au WIV.

MailOnline a rapporté plus tôt cette année comment le même journal avait affirmé de manière controversée que de nouveaux échantillons de virus provenant de chauves-souris à Hainan prouvaient que Covid n’avait pas été conçu en laboratoire.
